To ensure customer protection our company provides 30-day moneyback guarantee for our products and services. We offer a moneyback within 30 days after the purchase. Moneyback is unconditional. No moneyback is available after 30 days. Each client has the right to one moneyback. No repeated moneybacks are available. No moneyback for related offers: additional licenses, multi-license packages, customizations etc.

If there is development time for customizations or requests made then Money back is not available.

A request for moneyback should be emailed to support@bug-software.com. Requests directed to another contact addresses or phone calls will not be considered as valid refund requests. We also believe that most of moneybacks can be avoided, please contact our staff and most probably your problem will be resolved. If you are dissatisfied with our products or services for any reason, please give us your feedback and let us know how to improve the software or services we offer, so that the moneyback will not be necessary.

We require 30 days' notice of cancellation and no refunds can be made of periods less than one month.
